The YN-12 series ring network cabinet is a fully sealed and fully insulated system. All its live parts and switches are enclosed in a stainless steel casing. The entire switch device is not affected by external environmental conditions, ensuring the reliability and safety of equipment operation and achieving maintenance-free. Through the built-in busbar expansion, any combination can be achieved to achieve full modularization; while achieving high reliability and safety of full shielding and full insulation, it saves space and reduces investment; and this series of ring network switchgear also provides automation solutions, which is convenient for upgrading to intelligent ring network cabinets, providing customers with intelligent power supply and distribution solutions.

High safety: All live parts are enclosed in the SF6 gas tank, achieving full sealing and full insulation: It has a mechanical interlock that meets the five protection requirements to prevent the occurrence of misoperation; the incoming and outgoing cables are fully insulated and fully sealed and touchable to ensure personal safety to the greatest extent; the box is equipped with an air pressure monitoring device to achieve real-time monitoring of air pressure during operation; an explosion-proof pressure relief device is installed at the lower back of the gas tank, which has passed the internal arc test of an authoritative organization.

Flexible solution: The incoming and outgoing lines are flexible, and the left, right and bottom incoming (outgoing) lines can be realized; the combination method is flexible, and all units can be combined arbitrarily, with unlimited expansion; the built-in busbar expansion method is adopted to fully meet the requirements of usability, economy and aesthetics: the design scheme is flexible and can meet the requirements of the user's site.

Compact and reasonable structure: All unit modules have the same size (except for the metering module), and the compact size does not affect the convenience of construction.

Wide application: The gas box part is a stainless steel plate that is fully automatically TIG-sealed and welded by a robot, with a protection level of P67. It can be installed in humid, dusty, salt-polluted, mines and any air-polluted places without taking special precautions.

Intelligence: It can be equipped with electric operating devices and distribution automation terminal equipment to realize intelligent switch equipment with "three remote" functions, meeting all requirements of smart grids for such equipment.
